HOW DO WE WORK?
We believe that the process starting from production technology order to finished
product delivery is considered the most important period of succes of printing house.

1.Stage
Cost price of order and feasibility of product have been notified to the marketing department. Customer representatives analyze the technical features and tricks of the product and calculate the cost of the order. If necessary, customer representatives propose to change the order properties in order to get high-quality and less than the cost of the product. These informations are evaluated experts from other departments. After signing a contract with the customer, order is confirmed and the order specifications and required documents are placed into production bag. With the acceptance of order, immediately appropriate machine and appropriate time interval are determined by the chief of production department.
2. Stage
At the same time, required documents of order and original model provided by customer are delivered to pre-press department. Pre-press experts control and if necessary, they do work on. Then, the model is done by color plotter that customer approved and it is sent to plate. Inspection of all processes is controlled by pre-press manager according to model and blueprint.(ozalit).
3.Stage
After the signing of an order, primarily,order bag processes in the print department among production departments(at the same time, checked bluprint is sent to print dept. too). Production of the goods is done according to technical plan. It is controlled strictly by the masters and shift chiefs.
4.Stage
Completed order is controlled according to number and quality issues and in accordance with the terms of delivery, shipping is made by concerned department. |
